Kiz Biz Childcare – ONE Shade Sails Perth were asked to redesign and install new shade sails to an existing structure that had been causing the client issues. The major problem with the structure was the lack of shape (twist) in the sails, flat sails have a tendency to ‘flog’ and move in the wind. A sail regardless of how well manufactured can only withstand the effects of the wind for so long. Applying twisted or Hypar sails to the area is was an effective way of reducing the movement in the sails and excessive loading on the fixtures, we achieved this by adding extra posts to allow for overlapping sails
