How do we install your shade sail?
Our Service
When you contact ONE Shade Sails Perth we will arrange for one of our experienced shade sail professionals to meet you on site. In most cases you will be presented with a design, and a written quote within 24 hours. On acceptance of the quote we will confirm shade sail colours, post powder coating colours. When we receive your deposit we can begin the process and prepare for the installations to begin.
Stage One (0-7 Days)
All posts and hardware will be fabricated and powder coated (as required), and one of the team will be in contact to arrange installation times and dates.
Stage Two (7-14 Days)
Hardware installation. At this stage it is not essential that you are in attendance, as long as we can gain access to the area, power and water.
Stage Three (14-21 Days)
Shade sail design and fabrication, completed in our purpose built loft in Perth.. Your sail is modelled using CAD software, and sectioned into panels ready to be sent to our automated cutting plotter. Once the fabric has been marked and cubit is ready for the panels to be sewn together. The conner re-enforcment is glued and stitched in place, and the perimeter strength added, to finish the attachment points are sewn in place. Our loft supervisor completes a final quality check, and you sail is ready for installation.
Stage Four (21-28 Days)
Project completion. We will meet you at your property and install the final product. This process is the quickest often completed within 1 hour. We prefer you to be home during this process so we can explain the maintain ace removal process and answer any questions you may have. Time to enjoy the shade!
